Currently the CEO of Hotwire’s North America operations, she will succeed Barbara Bates, who will be appointed to a new senior advisory role related to Enero’s North America M and A activities. Both of them will report to Enero Group CEO Brent Scrimshaw.
Kernahan has been with Hotwire since September 2016.

The name change is in line with Ogilvy’s global alignment efforts especially now with the ANZ regional launch of the Ogilvy Network.
Ogilvy PR satellite agencies Pulse Communications, Howorth, Life Agency, and Parker and Partners will continue regular operations.
The agency is also starting a consultancy service, with all staff organised as specialists or subject matter experts. Specialists have their own technical or specialist communication skills, while subject matter experts will be focused on specific clients or industries.

The new deal will see Herd MSL aid FOXTEL’s in-house PR/communications team in developing new integrated campaigns.
One assignment already in the pipeline is promoting FOXTEL’s airing of prison drama Wentworth. Debuting in 2013, the show is premiering its final season today, with ten episodes comprising Part I. Part II, comprising another ten episodes, is scheduled for 24 August.

She wields over 15 years’ experience in the consumer lifestyle and corporate PR sectors, with her clients including a major confectionery company, two electronics companies, and a credit-card provider.
Emily Henry is aboard as integrated accounts manager, joining in from Mater, where she was communications/engagement officer. She was also marketing coordinator for a Sunshine Coast marketing agency and a leading furniture chain.
